Damion Jordan is the current Tangent Technologies. Damion is not prepared to lose the competition with his brother Seymour and is willing to take extraordinary measures to bury his brother so that he can control him.

The Tangent FDB is located at the end of a trail of heavily guarded rooms in the Tangent DNS (Hacknet). You can get there by hacking a Genrep and heading from your factions DNS to Tangents (If your in Tangent you will automatically spawn in the DNS). Once there you will need to speak with one of the databases in the last room, they will give you a choice of blueprints to download, that are specific to the Tangent FBD. To download the blueprnts you must have an unused TL 90 Dataccube in your inventory (Bought From ANY FSM) then choose the blueprint you want (if your not in Tangent then you will require 1 codebreaker to download 1 blueprint). Once you have your bluesprint you will need to get it constructed using the hacknet item parts (Again Bought From ANY FSM), you will also need a construction license from a perticullar factions FSM. For a full list of what parts and construction licenses you need you can right click on the blueprint and show info. Blueprints in the Tangent FDB are:

Originally an internal division of Biotech Industries (Biotech), Tangent broke from its parent company in 2746. Robert Jordan

Robert Jordan owns both BioTech Industries and Tangent Technologies Inc. In 2748, at age 90, Robert handed control of BioTech over to his younger son, Seymour Jordan. Robert gave control of Tangent to his older son, Damon. Robert told them that whoever proves themselves to be the better manager will be given control of both companies.

In 2658 Hester Gabun, one of the managers and founders of Biotech Industries founded a special department named Tangent.
Tangent's purpose was the development of highly effective new weapon systems. Due to the tense political situation in 2722, Tangent Technologies branched off from Biotech Industries and became an independent company. Damion Jordan was appointed manager. Two years later, Robert Jordan presented the key to the headquarters of Tangent Technologies Incorporated to his son Damion and retired to enjoy his old age.
In his will, he stipulated that whichever of his two sons (Seymour and Damion) could show higher sales for his enterprise (Biotech Industries and Tangent Technologies), would inherit both companies. Since then, Damon and Seymour have been engaged in a vehement struggle. The companies' balance sheets are almost equal, but Damon is slightly in the lead. In 2750 Tangent Technologies suffers severely from researchers and technicians opting out and leaving the company to join the idealistic Fallen Angels.
