Starter Apartment
This starter apartment is given to new runners of the following factions.
Before patch 168 this apartment was also given to runners of the following factions.

Furnished apartment details
The Level 1 apartment is the ultimate felling for that "bomb went off" feeling. It has a hole in the ceiling, and it is a absolute mess. There is even a chair that has fallen over for that "Shit I fell of a chair when the bomb went off"
