This is just a small one-room strip club and bar outfit, protected by Tsunami Syndicate security personnel, located in Pepper Park SEC-3, more specifically in the Bum Asylum, right next to the entrance into the Secret Passage 2. A formidable hidden meeting spot, granted one is on good grounds with the Syndicate.
