Psychic power (PSI) is one of five main skills available to players.
Monks would be lost without their Psychic power, without it they wouldnt be able to use their APU or PPU Psi modules. There is only a class that can get to 100 PSI; the Monk
Spies have a PSI cap of 20, Private Eyes 35. Tanks cannot level up in PSI.
