Once you got all 6 Parts, you return to the NPC in the Ceres Temple in F 02 and give him each Part and your WoC 1 Power Armour (Keep it in your inventory)
You get your WoC 1 Power Armour back as a WoC 3 Power Armour with 120/120 Quality, no matter how worn down your WoC 1 Power Armour was
