The Genotoxic Nightmare is a Boss Mob can be found in Regants Legacy and in Regants Lab
The Genotoxic Nightmare deals a large Fire AoE damage which will kill players easily if they are in range and don't have reasonable fire resist. Anyone getting too close, is likely to be killed by it's Melee attack
The best tactic to taking down the Genotoxic Nightmare is to keep a good distance, and in a team it's best to make it the primary target. It is weak to Energy and Xray] weapons.
