According to the Barkeeper Harry in the Electric Vibes Club, this is a cooperation between Tsunami Syndicate and Black Dragon to provide and operate strip clubs and amusement in the city of Neocron.

Their logo can be seen throughout the world of Neocron, especially in Pepper Park.
