eXL is a TT clan on the server Terra, formed in 2005.

eXL

eXL is a small TT clan of people who have known each other for a long time. The aim of the clan is to make sure all members have the equipment and opportunity to do as they please ingame, as well as train people up and kit people out to become better at PvP. It could be said that eXL is ran as a benevolent dictatorship, democracy rules unless there is great reason for unpopular decisions to be taken. eXL rarely recruits.

• PvP - both small scale and from time to time, op-based
• Trading - funding for the clan members' activities comes from trading and PvE.
• PvE - a goal is to make all members self sufficient, this necessitates PvE

History

eXL was formed by Marsbarz-a, and has always been a Tangent Technologies clan. Past leaders include Ducky, Rince & Unamed. Often considered isolationist and aloof, eXL is a predominantly friends-based clan, where nobody is given orders. eXL has always discouraged TT 'superclans', in the past refusing to merge with TFC and SoldierZ, believing that smaller clans function better and offer a superior experience, and also that superclans are not necessarily for the good of the faction.
