Starter Apartments
You will be provided a basic apartment by your faction. The interior design will depend on the faction chosen but the provision of sevices will be the same. ALL apartments come with a GoGuardian, Genereplicator, Citycom/Resistance Wireless network, Recreation Unit and you will also get a table, chair and cabinets to store your items. Depending on the lay out you may also get plants, boxes etc. Additional storage cabinets and other furniture is sold by separate furniture vendors.
You can access your apartment via the correct lift access by using a password, in the case of your starter apartment it is the name of your character (This password is not changeable)

Where to purchase apartments
You can purchase further apartments from either player-accessible vendors or via the DRE FSM.

Inviting players to apartments
Once you acquire any non-starter apartment, you can invite other people inside. To do that, use the apartment key again to set up a custom password then simply send it to the person you want to invite in. Having a password allows them to enter the hallway between the lift and the door to your apartment, but only the owner can open the door for them. Using the door interface rings the doorbell. Apartments areas are not a safezone so think twice before you let someone in.
Clan Apartments
Clan Apartments can be purchased from the Faction Supply Manager of your Faction. They are available fully furnished, or un-furnished to allow the clan leader to decorate it with his own furniture
Normally in order to activate the Clan Apartment, you must have 70 Faction Sympathy with your faction, and you must have completed the Epic for your faction. However as of Patch 168, this check is currently turned off.
