Drug Treasure

Chang - Secret Passage 2

• Talk to a Wiseguy in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Lucy in Black Dragon HQ
• Talk to Mercurus
• Kill the two Fallen Angels NPC's who are "talking" at the E 07 Techhaven Entrance and loot 2 x Kidneys.
• Talk to Mercurus again and hand the two Kidneys to him
• Kill and Loot the key from Chang found in the Secret Passage 2
• Give the key to Lucy in Black Dragon HQ

Fallen Angels Kill Tip:
You will get a "Mission Objective Completed" if the NPC kill is valid. Loot them immediately as they despawn fast and only the first two kills carry the kidneys

Secret Passage 2 Kill Tip:
The easiest way to Secret Passage 2 is through the Bum Asylum in Pepper Park SEC-3, but it is loaded with TS guards that will attack you. Run fast and it'll be ok. Otherwise you will need to make the long trek to it starting at OZ1. Chang is at the bottom of the sewers.
