Overview

Dmg fire.png Fire is one of the 6 primary damage types within Neocron, commonly dealt by explosives, PSI modules and some high-tech weapons.

PvE considerations

Fire damage is dealt mostly by the wildlife in the Canyon and Steppe areas. Low level mutants can be equipped with flamers or laser weapons that will deal fire damage. Fire is also a part of explosive weapons used by Launcher Cyclops and Warbots. Mutant flamers and PSI attacks will often inflict stacks of Burning negative effect, that will do fire damage over time. Fire Mobs exclusively deal fire damage and they do not require hacking, making them a very popular target of Tech Part farming. Burning can be removed by Cleanse modules.

PvP considerations

Fire damage is rarely a primary damage type, but most weapons can be modded for it, both by adding fire as a subtype or Burning stacks.
