Overview

Dmg energy.pngEnergy is one of the 6 primary damage types within Neocron, prevalent in high-tech weaponry and environments.

PvE considerations

Most robotic and mechanical enemies have one or more weapons that deal Energy damage. Higher-level mutants can also be equipped with laser or plasma rifles. Players venturing around mountain areas, wastelands, or certain canyon facilities are advised to use anti-energy armors. In the Hacknet all mobs deal energy damage.

PvP considerations

Like low-tech weapons dealing mostly Piercing damage, almost all player high-tech weapons deal mostly Energy damage. It's one of the most important CON resist skills to cap.
