Mission 4 - Required Rank:35

Tangent wants some Fallen Angels killed. Your task is to tell Max Delavare about that plan. He can be found in Outzone 5. After you have done all that is necessary you can meet with Benjamin Kaine in the Industrial district 2.

Talk to a Tangent Technologies Human Resources Director in the Tangent HQ to start the mission. Talk to Max Delavare in Outzone Sec-5. Kill one of the two FA NPC's who are "talking" at the E 07 Techhaven Entrance. Return and talk to Benjamin Kaine in Industrial SEC-2. Collect the Blueprint. Return to Tangent Technologies HQ and deliver the blueprint to Mazzaro, 3rd Floor - Chez Cypher Restaurant.

General Tip: You will get a "Mission Objective Completed!" message if the NPC kill is valid

Your task is to see Figaro in the Pepper Park 03 district

Talk to a Tangent Technologies Human Resources Director in the Tangent HQ to start the mission. Talk again to Figaro in Pepper Park SEC-3 next to the Crahn HQ, select the dialogue to instruct him to kill two BioTech Runners. Go to Viarosso SEC-1 and Kill any BioTech NPC called "Employee", not "Service". Go talk to Benjamin Kaine in Industrial A ,SEC-2. Talk to him a second time and give him 5,000nc. Obtain the prototype part and dossier. Return to Tangent Technologies HQ and deliver the documents to Mazzaro, 3rd Floor - Chez Cypher Restaurant.

It is of vital importance that Tangent gets the weapon job from the CityAdmin. To ensure that BioTech will not be able to compete you will have to take drastic actions. Your task is to meet Andressa near the BioTech HQ and then go and kill the BioTech director of operations.

Talk to a Tangent Technologies Human Resources Director in the Tangent HQ to start the mission. Talk to Andressa in Viarosso SEC-1 located in the Chez Sypher Restaurant opposite the Zoo. Kill the Biotech Director seated outside the restaurant. Return to Tangent Technologies HQ and talk to Mazzaro, 3rd Floor - Chez Cypher Restaurant to claim your reward.
